  Another customer threatened to beat my fiancé and kill him, yet the manager did nothing. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed and a manager that condones the use of violence should definitely not be in any position of authority. Especially since he then pacified the customer that threatened my fiancé. 0/10 would never go to again. Manager Drake should be fired and blacklisted from any position of authority.

  We went at noon on a Saturday so we knew it would be busy but we didn't have to wait long, food was great and hot and super fast. Amanda was our server and she was great!

  I ordered the new sunrise burger, it came out with a microwaved scrambled egg....not a fried egg. My boyfriend ordered the pick 3 smokehouse combo and the meat was dry. The sweet was good. The service was average at best.
